Terms and Conditions
Tetley® Full of Feel Good Terms and Conditions

  1. The Tetley Full of Feel Good promotion (“Promotion”) is conducted by Tata Global Beverages Australia Pty Ltd, Level 2, 620 Church Street, Richmond, VIC, 3121(“Promoter”).
  2. The promotion is administered by TLC Marketing Worldwide Asia Pacific Pty Ltd, PO Box R446, Royal Exchange, NSW, 1225 (“TLC”).
  3. Information on how to claim a reward forms part of these Terms and Conditions and participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  4. This Promotion is open to Australian residents 18 years and over.
  5. Maximum one claim per participating product purchased. Multiple claims are permitted.
  6. Promotion opens for purchases on 1st August 2018 and closes for purchases on 31st December 2018 (“Promotional Period”).
  7. To qualify, customers must purchase a promotional pack of Tetley Natural and Tetley Decaf Green Tea in a Coles, Woolworths or Australian Grocery Store during the Promotional Period (“Qualified Customers”).
  8. Eligible packs are as follows:
    • 50 promotional Pack Tetley Natural and Tetley Decaf Green Tea available at Coles, Woolworths and some Australian Grocery Retailers.
    • 100 promotional Pack Tetley Natural Green Tea available at Woolworths only
  9. To claim:
    1. Customers must upload the proof of purchase and a picture of the promotional pack purchased to TLC Marketing (our promotional partner) by visiting www.tetleyfulloffeelgood.com.au (Promotional Website) and completing the online registration process no later than one month after the promotional period ends and before 11:59pm 15th February 2019
    2. TLC will validate your proof of purchase within 3 business days. Once the proof of purchase is validated customers will receive a promotional code/ link sent to their nominated email address.
    3. Customers must follow the instructions in the email and click on the link to revisit the promotional website before 11.59pm 15th February 2019 where customers can select from one of the reward types which include Relaxation, Sports and Fitness, Learning, Arts and Crafts, and Adventure experiences.
    4. Customers must then select a venue from the preferred reward type list and complete the claim form to receive the preferred venue eVoucher or offer code for use on the experience provider’s website. Code is available at the time of claim and will be emailed to the customers nominated email address. eVouchers are available for download at the time of claim and will be sent to the customers nominated email address for later download.
  10. Last possible date to claim an experience code or eVoucher online will be 15th February 2019.
  11. Last date to use the experience code or eVoucher will be 3 months from date of issue or 30th April 2019, whichever is first.
  12. All experience codes and eVouchers are valid for 3 months from date of issue.
  13. Customers must retain their original purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase when requested may, at the absolute discretion of TLC, result in invalidation of a customer’s claim and forfeiture of any right to a reward. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the qualifying products were purchased during the Promotional Period but prior to claim.
  14. The Promoter or TLC reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims (including a customer’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter or TLC has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the claim process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter or TLC to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s or TLC’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
  15. Incomplete or indecipherable claims will be deemed invalid.
  16. Rewards are subject to promotional availability. TLC in its sole discretion reserves the right to withdraw or substitute a reward with another reward of equal or greater value.
  17. Rewards are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Rewards must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Rewards cannot be used or redeemed in conjunction with any other offer. The Promoter or TLC accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from any reward offerings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
  18. The Promoter, TLC, its respective agents and distributors do not make any contractual promise or representation regarding the quality and/or availability of the services offered by the venues and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Any statutory rights the customers may have remain unaffected.
  19. The Promoter, TLC, its respective agents and distributors are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged experience codes or eVouchers.
  20. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of TLC or the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, TLC or the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
  21. Promotion is available online only and therefore access to the internet is required to participate in this Promotion. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the claimant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter or TLC (including their respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s or TLC’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any claim or reward claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter or TLC) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or TLC; (d) any variation in reward value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a customer or claimant; or (f) a reward.
  22. Personal information (PI) is being collected by TLC in order to conduct the ‘In Search of Incredible’ promotion. For this purpose, TLC may disclose PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, Active Pass suppliers and, as required, to regulatory authorities. Participation is conditional on providing this PI. TLC will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at http://www.tlcmarketing.com/Documents/au/PrivacyPolicy.pdf. In accordance with the TLC’s Privacy Policy, if the Qualified Customer is given the option to and opts in, TLC and its selected partners may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. TLC may disclose personal information to entities outside of Australia (particularly in the United Kingdom). The Promoter and TLC will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at http://www.tetley.com.au/privacy-policy Each Privacy Policy also contains information about how Qualified Customers may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how Qualified Customers may complain about the treatment of their PI, and how those complaints will be dealt with. All Qualified Customers information remains the property of the TLC and/or the Promoter

Conditions for the following reward categories.
Relaxation, Sports and Fitness, Learning Experiences, Arts and Crafts and Adventure Experiences.

  1. Each experience code or eVoucher entitles the customer to either one (1) free entry, session or lesson at a listed venue of their choice. 
  2. To redeem the experience customers must follow the instructions on the eVoucher or email received for their chosen experience.
  3. Some venues require advance bookings and may be limited for use at certain times, please check the venues terms and conditions before you visit your chosen venue.
  4. Some participating experience venues will not allow multiple members of a group to redeem their eVouchers at the same time. Selected venues reserve the right to limit the total number of eVouchers that may be redeemed on any given day. Please contact the venue in advance of redemption to avoid disappointment.
  5. Customers can use the unique code / link received from TLC only once.
  6. Limit of one (1) eVoucher / experience code per person, per venue for the duration of the campaign.
  7. Experience Codes and eVouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or Voucher.
  8. Experience codes must be redeemed on the partner websites which can be found following the instructions in the email containing the Experience code.  Experiences that require redemption on partner website codes are:
    1. Yogahive
    2. Busuu
    3. Mindfulness
  9. Experience codes will be entered at the time of claiming the experience on the partner website and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  10. eVouchers must be printed and surrendered at the selected venue on the day to ensure the customer is charged correctly for the admission. ID may be required for presentation with the eVoucher as proof of identity.
  11. An eVoucher must be presented at a participating venue and possession of an eVoucher does not provide the voucher bearer to any preferential treatment.
  12. Entry conditions, session times and classes may vary from venue to venue. Customers should check with their chosen venue regarding minimum age restrictions, what to bring etc.
  13. All Sports and Fitness and Yoga vouchers are issued for a group activity unless otherwise stated.
  14. Sports and Fitness and Yoga Vouchers are valid for new customers only. 
  15. The Promoter, TLC, its respective agents and distributors will not be responsible or liable to compensate the customer or other bearer, or accept any liability for any personal loss or injury occurring at the participating venue.
  16. Any disputes between customers pertaining to the use of experience codes and eVouchers are strictly between the customers and the participating venue.
  17. Each experience code or eVoucher is valid for 3 months from date of issue or until 30th April 2019, whichever is first.
